The installation cost varies based on the product and your vehicle. There are no hidden costs! We will provide you the fitting quotation before we secure your booking. All our workmanship comes with 12 months warranty.
All items are shipped within 24 hours of order payment receipt if in stock, except on weekends, Public Holidays or as may be otherwise stated.

We ship to all areas within Australia. Items can also be combined to reduce shipping costs. Some remote areas will incur additional shipping charges. These include, but are not limited to; N.T., Far North QLD and remote W.A. If you live in a remote area, please contact us to confirm whether additional shipping charges will apply to your order.
Shipping costs will be deducted from refunds on returned items, unless otherwise pre-arranged.

If a product is found to be defective or damaged, TIGER-X AUTO will adhere to the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines and offer a refund or replacement at the discretion of TIGER-X AUTO. The warranty duration varies based on the brand and product.
If a product is found to be defective within the manufacturer’s/supplier’s warranty period after a certain duration of use, the process involves sending the part to the supplier for inspection before the warranty process commences. This assessment typically takes a minimum of 2 weeks.
All products sold by TIGER-X AUTO must be installed by a qualified technician. Otherwise, the warranty for that product might become void.
Please contact us for warranty concerns. Photos and descriptions may be necessary to expedite the warranty claim assessment. As each warranty is assessed on an individual basis, providing requested information will determine processing time.
Refunds & Exchanges:If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 working days of delivery of your order. You will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges and a restocking fee of 20% provided that the item is in its original condition. If refund requests align with our terms and conditions, processing refunds might take up to 2-3 business days.
We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your order(s) arrive defective, damaged or simply incorrect, please contact our team as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the part. We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a return label of the defective part. Product must be returned to us within 14 working days.
